Shipping Instructions for Your Quilts
How to Ship Your Quilt to Us
Follow these simple instructions to safely ship your quilt materials to Precision Design Quilting for professional edge-to-edge quilting service.
Before You Ship - Get Your Quote
Fill out our order form with the following information:
- Quilt Dimensions: Measure the width and length of your quilt top
- Design Selection: Choose your preferred edge-to-edge design from our Design Gallery
- Batting Choice: Let us know if you're including batting or would like to purchase from us (cotton, polyester, wool, or bamboo available)
- Thread Color: Specify your preferred thread color or let us recommend
What to Include in Your Package
- Quilt top (pressed and ready)
- Backing fabric (at least 4-8 inches larger than quilt top on all sides)
- Batting (optional - if bringing your own)
- Order form with your contact information and preferences
- Return shipping label (if you prefer to provide your own)
Packaging Your Quilt
- Fold your quilt top and backing neatly
- Place in a plastic bag to protect from moisture
- Use a sturdy box or shipping bag
- Include your completed order form inside the package
